You should have a minimum 56Kbps
line to run the Test.
Please avoid using
browser back/forward buttons for ensuring the proper functionality of
SWcaliber.

Please empty the 'Temporary
Internet Files' before starting the Test for ensuring the proper functionality
of SWcaliber.
Please make sure that per-session cookies are enabled in your browser using the
following procedure.
Go to 'Tools' on your browser.
Go to 'Security' option.
Go to 'Custom level' icon at bottom 'click' on it.
Go to 'Cookies' and if it is not in 'enabled' condition, enable it.

Your internet connection may be
disconnected in the middle of the test and it is marked as incomplete. Please
take the test again. (Please refer the procedure to take the incomplete test in
point # 6.)

If reports are not shown correct even now, Please make sure that per-session
cookies are enabled in your browser and take the test again. The procedure for
enabling the cookies:

Go to 'Cookies' and if it is not in 'enabled' condition, enable it.
6. My test got
aborted in the middle, what to do? Top
If
by any chance your Test is interrupted before completion of the Test, you can
restart the Test by Logging in again with the same Test Password (wherever
applicable, enter the Name of the Test taker exactly same as entered earlier).
Select the same module, the Test for which was interrupted earlier.
