What
are Full Tests?
A Full Test
examines the candidate thoroughly in the subject(s) concerned.
It lasts for 75 minutes and contains 75 questions. There are six
sections in each test, and each section focuses on different topics.
How
can they be useful?
Our reports
are as detailed as the tests are. There are six sections in every
test, and the reports we provide detail the performance of the
candidate in every section. Thus the prospective employer can
get to know the strengths and weaknesses of the candidate concerned
in thorough detail.
How
are they different from other Tests?
The main difference
lies in the length of the test. The reports generated are similar
and equally exhaustive. The Full Test is designed for the benefit
of those clients who want to thoroughly test their prospective
candidates to make sure that they get exactly what they are looking
for.

What
are Fast Tests?
A Fast Test
is a quick and efficient alternative we offer clients who are
looking for immediate and accurate results. A Fast Test contains
30 questions and lasts for 30 minutes. As in the Full Test, there
are six sections in the test, and each section focuses on a particular
topic.
How
can they be useful?
A Fast Test
is designed keeping in mind especially those recruiters who wish
to test candidates faster and cheaper, without compromising the
quality of analysis. The reports we offer are as detailed as those
for the Full Tests. Thus the prospective employer can get to know
the candidate's strengths and weaknesses and are able to decide
quicker.
How
are they different from other Tests?
The main
difference lies in the length of the test. The reports generated
are similar and equally exhaustive. The Fast Test is designed
for the benefit of those clients who want to quickly test their
prospective candidates.

A Quick Test
can come handy if you have to filter a huge bulk of applications.
It gives a quick, and overall idea about applicant's foundations
in the software concerned because the quick test covers questions
from all the areas in the subject concerned.A Quick test contains
15 questions and lasts for 15 minutes. It contains only one section
which covers questions from all topics.
How
can they be useful?
To be precise
they are useful as fast/full tests. The only advantage you get is
get the results real quick. The prospective employer can get to
know the candidate's area of knowledge and can decide quicker.
How
are they different from other Tests?
The main
difference lies not only in the lenght of the test, but also
in the recruitment expenditure.you don't have to waste amounts
for fast/full tests for preliminary screening. They can be
filtered and then,if you want, you can ask those candidates
you have cleared the preliminary round to take fast/full
tests.

What
are Custom Tests?
This is a
feature unique to SWcaliber. Custom Tests are designed keeping
in mind the fact that more and more companies today require proficiency
in more than one software topic from their candidates. Knowing
fully well that testing a candidate separately in different modules
can be cumbersome and costly, SWcaliber introduces Custom Tests,
where the subscriber decides which modules a candidate is to be
tested in. He can also set the percentage of questions he wishes
to ask from a particular module. Again, the subscriber can also
decide whether the candidate is to take a Full or a Fast Test.
Custom Tests provide utility oriented service to subscribers.
